Election 43 draws closer each day, and time is flying. April was action packed for our campaign, as we continue to focus on engaging with our neighbours across Kitchener South - Hespeler at the doors. In fact, here in May we begin ramping up our door knocking activity to full time status!

Interested in joining our efforts? We need your help to ensure we share our positive Conservative message as widely as we can this month!

We celebrated National Volunteer Week in April! Can’t hit the streets with us, but want to keep our busy, hard-working team of volunteers fuelled? Please consider making a tax deductible donation. Any amount makes a BIG difference!

Have you let us know yet that you want a lawn sign for the election? If not, you can do that here and help to build our Blue Wave!:

Here’s just some of what our team has been up to in the last month:

We grew! Joined by Jerry Zhang in Waterloo, Sunny Attwal in Cambridge, and Stephen Woodworth in Kitchener Centre, our region’s Conservative Party candidate team is complete. Of course, we have our seasoned MP Harold Albrecht to lead the charge.

I joined MP Harold Albrecht and MPP Amy Fee for Our Nation’s Heroes vs Maple Leafs Alumni in support of our men and women in uniform, our veterans, and our first responders. Thank you to Dave Sopha for bringing Canadians together through the Portraits of Honour Foundation.

We celebrated Vaisakhi with our friends in the always welcoming Sikh community!

Jacqueline and I joined our friend Aalaa and her family to discuss Aalaa’s important advocacy work in #CANYouthVoteMatter and #CANMinorityVote Matter.

We were joined by MP Blake Richards, our Shadow Minister for Small Business and Tourism, at both the Cambridge and Kitchener Chambers of Commerce to host stakeholders in our region’s small business community. We heard loud and clear that our region’s small businesses – the engine of our economy – will thrive if government starts respecting them and gets out of their way.

MP Richards joined me and Cambridge Candidate Sunny Attwal at Shimco, a world class manufacturer in the aerospace industry, operating right here in Kitchener South—Hespeler. Thanks to President and CEO Peter Voss for the great tour!

MP Michael Chong, our Shadow Minister for Science, and I were given a tour of University of Waterloo Engineering and their Multi-Scale Additive Manufacturing Lab. We also learned all about their Centre for Career Action, where students thrive through the coop program. Amazing things happening at one of our region’s great academic institutions!

I joined MPP Amy Fee in opening the Ontario PSW Association’s 6th Annual Conference. Our PSWs are foundational to our communities.

As always, thank you to our Kitchener South—Hespeler Conservative Members and Supporters for your engagement, encouragement, and support. This May, we take our campaign to even greater heights and move one month closer to Victory in October.

Our neighbours across the riding are counting on us to do just that!

On with the mission,
